Workplace Violence

Under California Law, (Code of Civil Procedure § 527.8) courts can make orders to protect an employee from suffering unlawful violence or credible threats of violence. These orders can be requested by the employer of a person who is suffering unlawful violence or credible threats of violence, and will be enforced by law enforcement agencies.
