Public Access to Judicial Administrative Records

Effective January 1, 2010, California Rules of Court, rule 10.500 sets forth public access provisions applicable to judicial administrative records maintained by the Superior Court and other Judicial Branch entities.

Please direct requests for access to judicial administrative records maintained by the Superior Court of Placer County to:

Requests

Requests should be in writing, although exceptions may be made in extraordinary circumstances.

 

You may personally deliver your request to Court Administration at the Bill Santucci Justice Center located at:

10820 Justice Center Drive, Roseville, CA 95678

 

The court’s office hours are 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding court holidays.

 

The court will make identifiable judicial administrative records available upon request, unless the records are exempt from disclosure under rule 10.500. Records may be subject to payment of a fee (see Fee Guidelines and subdivision (e)(4) of rule 10.500).
