The Placer County Superior Court is pleased to offer eFiling, a new and improved way to electronically file your court documents. You can eFile documents 24/7 through an approved Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP).

Pursuant to Local Rule 10.27 eFiling is mandatory for attorneys and optional for self-represented litigants in Civil and Family Law cases. Certain documents, such as those that require personal service on a Judicial Officer or an original certification/signature and an electronic signature is not permitted by law, are exempt from eFiling.

The forms that are available on this website are in PDF format and require a PDF reader to view them. Adobe Reader, is available for free and allows you to view, navigate and print these PDF files. To get Adobe Reader visit the Adobe Website.
