Local Rules of Court, effective January 1, 2026 & Attachment 1, Local Court Forms - Open for mandatory comment period. The Court will accept comments on the proposed amendments through November 3, 2025. Comments must be submitted in writing via email to courtadmin@placer.courts.ca.gov or by mail to the attention of Court Administration.
