Tentative Rulings for Law and Motion

Tentative rulings are posted at noon one day prior to each Law and Motion Calendar. Tentative rulings will be the final ruling unless the court and all parties are notified of a request for oral argument by 4pm the day before the scheduled hearing per Local rule 20.2.3.
